Wales Announce Squad For England Clash At Twickenham

Senior men’s head coach Warren Gatland has named the Wales side to face England in the second round of the 2024 Guinness Six Nations on Saturday 10 February (KO 4.45 pm live on ITV and S4C).
Taking his Wales team to Twickenham Stadium won’t hold any fears for Warren Gatland. The Wales head coach has nothing but good memories of games at the home of English rugby having won titles with both club and country at the 82,000-seater venue.
Following an abysmal first-half showing, Wales produced a stunning second-half fightback against Scotland although they were ultimately beaten 27-26 by Gregor Townsend’s troops in Cardiff.
Ioan Lloyd allayed any lingering fears of him missing the game against England as the Welsh No 10 trained fully at Twickenham on the eve of the Guinness Six Nations Round 2 clash. Lloyd has been given the responsibility of guiding the Welsh side around the pitch as they seek only their second Championship win. Alex King says Wales need to show a “no fear policy” as they look to shock England on Saturday. Meanwhile, George North returns to the Wales starting XV in what will be his 50th Six Nations appearance.
