A thrilling Guinness Six Nations drew to a close on Saturday and the shortlist for the 2019 Guinness Six Nations Player of the Championship is now open for fans to vote.

Four Welshmen are included on the six-man shortlist, skipper Alun Wyn Jones, back three pair Liam Williams and Josh Adams and centre Hadleigh Parkes for their contributions to the Grand Slam.

They are joined on the shortlist by England duo Jonny May, the Championship’s top try-scorer, and flanker Tom Curry.

The six players will look to follow in the footsteps of Ireland’s Jacob Stockdale, who won in 2018 as Ireland claimed the Grand Slam.

The 2019 Guinness Six Nations Player of the Championship shortlist – selected by a panel of experts from the media – now goes to fans for their vote.

Supporters have until Wednesday at 12 noon to select their nominee for the Guinness Six Nations Player of the Championship.
