Harlequins will open the defence of their Amlin Challenge Cup crown when they travel to Stade Felix Mayol for their Friday night quarter-final showdown with Toulon on 6 April.

Harlequins, the Scarlets and Biarritz Olympique are the three Heineken Cup Pool runners-up who have qualified for the Amlin quarters, with Harlequins returning to a tournament they won when they beat Stade Français Paris 19-18 in a thrilling final in Cardiff last May.

Now all the 2012 quarter-finalists have 18 May and the final at Twickenham Stoop in their sights, Harlequins targeting a fourth tournament title with London Wasps and Brive also former winners of European titles.

And the parade of big name players includes over 20 of those who recently graced the 2012 RBS 6 Nations, with eight of the 10 Scarlets resuming club cross-border action as 2012 Grand Slam Champions for good measure.
