ITALY

Make a change at fly half for the opening RBS Six Nations game against Ireland, with Kris Burton taking over from Luciano Orquera, who started in the last match against Fiji. Craig Gower, the usual incumbent, is out with a knee injury.

Italy have problems in the back row with Mauro Bergamasco, Paul Derbyshire and Robert Barbieri all injured, so Josh Sole comes into the team.
